| You might as well call Optimus Prime and Da Go-Getterz the kings of Rap in the DC, MD, & VA Metropolitan area, starting a movement unto themselves. Literally starting a new fashion, trendsetting and plenty of styles of flow to the rap game.
Optimus Prime the flamboyant youngster, who is soon to put his city and crew on da map overcame life itself after a tradgic accident in 1999. Thomas Washington (O.) started rapping in 99-00, shortly after his college football career, brought to a end by a crucial car accident. He started rapping in a group called "State Troopas" which would later change to "WorldWide Linxz". After the seperation of the "WorldWide Linxz" Optimus Prime continued rapping where he stay'd in contact with Profound (Dwayne Lewis, Brother of super bowl winning Baltimore Ravens; Jemarine Lewis), creating tracks for the both of them starting there duo rap group "Profound & Optimus Prime." Which led them back to the reunion of WorldWide Linxz, starting a mini tour opening up for Nappy Roots in 02-03 in KY. Which again, later they would depart their seperate ways again, leaving Profound & Optimus Prime together again; where they came up on two young artist from SouthEast D.C. Young Rova (David Allen), and LiL Ro (Ronnie). They were a duo group as well, mastering the art of Freestyling. Which later they would meet O. and Profound at a studio out in MD, where they rapped live and on a track with Profound & O. for the first time. Later these youngins would start a movement with their latest new rap group "Go-Getterz." Don't get it twisted these young kats are all solo artist, but they're family orientated looking to work and help out one another together. So in all, will these youngsters be able to put down there guns, drugs, and gang membership? I think so! These four guys have a chemistry like no other. But you as the fans, Ya'll be the judge.
