New Tour Dates with American
Head Charge!
I haven't been this excited about a tour
since Godhead toured with Orgy... ooooooo!!!
Come to the show in Mokena, IL on June 1st
and rock with me! Hopefully I'll make an
appearance at the June 2nd show as well. ;)

| I went to the June 1st show-- Ankla took over
the tour for Bleed the Dream starting that
date. The lineup was kind of odd. Oblige and
Ankla were a lot of screaming. I don't
think I understood a word either of the bands
said unless they said "Thank you very
much." Good guitars out of Oblige...
Awesome 2nd drummer out of Ankla-- made me
think he should be in the Blue Man Group, and
apparently the guitarist was originally from
Puya, pretty cool. ;) Fashion Bomb was a good
opener-- they're a Chicago industrial
band, they fit well with AHC. It didn't
really seem like Godhead fit in with the
bands. They played a lot of their material
from 2000yrs, I guess to fit in a little
better. Their evolution of music still
didn't really fit in as well with the
previous bands. Everyone was moshing before
and then there is just no way you can with
GH's music... They put on a great show
though. If a person actually appreciates
music they would know that the band was the
most articulate out of all of them. Like
always, Head Charge put on a show. They
actually brought out GH for their first song
and they did a collaboration-- There sure
were a lot of people on the stage... it was
worse than a Slipknot show! lol | godheadaddict | | | |
