ska?
is goldfinger considered ska? they dont have horns (i dont think) and they are pop punk... so why are the considered ska?

| I love 99 red balloons too!!! But I also like that one about J-lo!! I don't liston to their album that much either but they are really awesome live!!!! They put on a great show! They've been a band a really long time. They hung out wtih No Doubt back in the early 90's! | blankpages0 |

Who cares if they drop the horns? Their
still good. Their stuff may be getting more
poppy, but Goldfinger will always be a good

Goldfinger are a great band. Best songs are
"99 Red Balloons",
"Spokeman", and "Counting The
Days". Also, has anyone heard "I
Like You More Today Than Yesterday"? It
was in the movie 'The Waterboy', that song
is done by Goldfinger, although it's nowhere

goldfinger is an insanely good band. i think
they were considered ska cause they used
horns in a few of the more well known songs..
mostly they are considered punk... but who
cares about the genre, they rock... mable,
superman, walking in the dark, the city with
two faces, wake up, and wayne gretsky are all

Oh yeah! When something is really good, the
genre doesn't matter. Besides, it isn't
smart to pick out bands you like by if they
are ska or pop-punk or country. Though I
myself would sway away from country and lean
towards the ska. Hear it, then decide with
you like or dislike it. That's why I hate
when people ask what kind of music I like. I
refuse to conform myself to one type and all
