Green Day started out as Sweet Childeren origonally. Formed By Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt. Tre\\\' wasnt the original drummer, it was Sobrante. He left the band to go to collage. In 1994 Green Day\\\'s very first CD releced was Dookie. After Dookie was releced they had a good time with gigs of Woodstock and Lollapalooza \\\"94\\\". Green Day had great success with the relece of Nimrod, Warning, International Super Hits, and there most resent, American Idiot. In 2004 Green Day releced American Idiot which became a HUGE HIT! There 1st hit American idiot really made a statment to people around the world to what kind of idiots are out there. Since the relece of American Idiot Billie and Mike Have been working with there side project band Foxboro Hot Tubs. Billie has also been singing with Pinhead Gunpowder.
