THE GREENHOUSE EFFECT WAS THREE ORDINARY DRESSING GUYS WHO POUNDED OUT LOUD GRUNGEY BLUES ALTERNATIVE ROCK BACK IN THE 80'S....RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HEIGHT OF THE LA GLAM SUNSET STRIP DAYS OF BIG HAIR...GE WAS A UNIQUE POWERFUL LITTLE THREE PIECE INFLUENCED BY THE MINUTEMEN AND ANOISE AGENCY ...BY THE WHO DEEP PURPLE DAVID BOWIE AND ZEP...THEY HAD THE ANGST OF BLACK FLAG and they were way ahead of their time...their songs were painful powerful little reflections of life in white suburbia ! They broke up in 1992 ...but to this day fans around the world know all about them...all too well ....Some say...it was this band...that really ..started it all !

Update; Feb 20, 2007 ; The Michael Savage website and googles have allowed many Many more new fans around the world access to G>E. than EVER BEFORE..!!.g.e. Continues now to grow and Spread even bigger...and much huger than in the time long ago when G.E. actually really existed ! It is said that G.e. deserved to hit the big time once ..and didn't get a chance to... there seems to be no way to stop G.e. now !!

This band that has been virtually ...and maybe purposely ignored by the music industry will one day be 'its own music industry" unto itself !

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008 The Greenhouse Effect MYSPACE !! IF YOU'RE a band or solo artist,...make sure you link to the Greenhouse effect's Myspace - you are sure to get seen and i would recommend the "Zues Robot' linker program ,..it is a way that has enabled G.e. to reach some 70,000,000 million new listeners world wide - making us pretty HUGE on the net !! i won't necessarily get a referal to me from zues - i just recommend this thing because i 'know' first hand how important it is to bands !! clark the shark greenhouse effect link to our google and youtube videos too ...where we get pretty good exposure !! i want to help artists who never got a chance...i'm 43 years old and its not likely i'll be the next britney shark now anytime soon,..but i want all bands to get the chance that i never got !!
