Created in 1997 and incorperated in 2003, Iron Kladd Entertainment Inc. © was formed out of Corey's frustration with major lables who had no idea how nor the willingness to market and promote it's hip hop artists. Corey, a former recording artist signed to Columbia Records and various others, felt that the only way for his music and others to get the attention it needed in the market place was to do it "For Dolo".
