By way of Middletown, Connecticut, the next preeminent producer from Atlanta is The Ill Genius. Having been involved in music for most of his life as a member of a rap group, promoter, and “party thrower,” The Ill Genius is now laying down the tracks that are catching the attention of everyone from the staunchest hip-hop heads to the smoothest R&B balladeers.
