1. How do I test my phone to see if it is compatible with these ringtones?
You should test your phone here before purchasing.
2. How long does it take to get my ringtone?
Most messages should arrive within 30 seconds.
If your phone network is very busy it could take several minutes before your content arrives. Remember, before purchasing anything make sure that you test your phone.
We also make additional efforts to re-deliver messages to your phone within the first 24 hours after you purchase something. If you receive additional messages this is part of the redundancy built in to improve reliability. You are not double-billed for these items.
Once you recieve the message make sure you respond with a "Y" to the message to confirm and get the ringtone.
3. What should I do if I don't receive my ringtone?
You need to test your phone here before purchasing.
If you can receive the test tone then you know your service and phone are compatible with our service.
We will continue to try and send the ringtone to your phone for 24 hours. If you haven't received it after 24 hours then
you may email us with your cellphone number and we'll send the tone to you again.
If your phone isn't compatible then you cannot receive these ringtones and we can't help you, sorry!
4. I'm not able to respond to the text message I receive?
This most likely means your phone or service isn't compatible with these ringtones.
You need to test your phone here before purchasing.
If you can receive the test tone then you know your service and phone are compatible with our service.
You will NOT be billed for any ringtones that you don't confirm. So if you don't reply with a "Y" to the message then you won't be billed.
5. Do I need an internet-enabled phone?
To receive our high quality real tune ringtones you will need an internet-ready phone and be able to receive SMS (text) messages. Make sure that your internet service is enabled. Contact your carrier if you need additional information on how to enable your internet service.
6. I want to buy a ringtone, how am I billed?
We bill using Premium SMS. This allows the purchases to show up directly on your cell phone bill.
All sales are final, so please be sure to test your phone before you purchase anything. We do not bill your cell phone until after you have successfully downloaded the ringtone.
7. I received several of the same message to confirm my order, do I need to reply to them all?
You do not need to reply to them all. If you respond to our confirm message and receive your download message, then you can ignore the other messages.
8. I tried to download the ringtone but I keep receiving an error message. What is the problem?
Unfortunately, cell phones give incredibly poor status information, especially when you are attempting to use these phones for file transfer via the internet. These error messages that the phones and/or carriers display can often be misleading. And it is next to impossible to try to debug every error message from every carrier on every cell phone supported in the U.S. If you receive an error message, try to re-download the file again. If it persists, wait a few minutes (or longer if you have the time), since the carrier may be having trouble in your local cell area.
9. What phone carriers are supported?
We support ATT&T Wireless, Cingular, Sprint PCS, and T-Mobile.
