JC Chasez was born Joshua Scott Chasez on August 8, 1976 to Karen and Roy Chasez in Washington DC. He grew up with his parents and younger sister (heather) and brother (Tyler) in nearby Bowie, Maryland. He began his career after landing a spot on the Mickey Mouse Club. He soon became a member of hit boy-band, *NSYNC. Since *NSYNC, Chasez has begun a solo project. In 2003, he released the single, “She’s Blowing Me Up (With Her Love) for the Drumline soundtrack. The music video featured his girlfriend of the time, Tara Reid. In November 2003, he released the first single from his debut, solo album (to be released on January 27,2003). The single is called, “Some Girls: Dance With Women.”
