A BRIEF OVERVIEW
In a performance career spanning nearly two decades, LaDage's eclectic Celtic music has been called, "hauntingly beautiful" and "evocative." Stepping onto the Celtic music stage in March of 2008, Ms. LaDage has filled concert venues through her innovative sound, crossing through musical antiquities of the Celtic age.
With Ms. LaDage providing vocals, as well as accompaniment on piano and harp, she performs alone, as a duo and accompanied by a full ensemble of musicians including hurdy gurdy, guitar, clarinet, viola, violin, cello, uillean pipes, tabla, bodhran and more.
A contemporary Celtic artist, Jillian has performed throughout the Midwest at the Woodstock Opera House Stage Left Cafe, Carl Sandburg Days, Autumn Pioneer Festival, Midwest Folk & Fiber Fair, OLeary's on the Square and City libraries.
