JIM FOX has been performing music since his teens. He has toured extensively and appeared many times on TV and Radio in the UK, Ireland and Europe. He currently has two bases in Wales and in Denmark. Jim is a regular performer at Glastonbury Festival in England where he also acts as compere and MC on the John Peel Stage. He has written and recorded over a dozen CDs both as a solo artist and with his bands, Madra Rua and The Fox Band.
Jim's music is acoustic based but not strictly folk or country - make up your own mind - but he has been described by The Irish World newspaper as the most sought after act on the Irish/Celtic scene. Think Christy Moore meets Van Morrison and you'd still be nowhere near.
Jim's live shows are the rocks on which his career is built - he is not only a great singer/songwriter but a first class entertainer performing over 200 shows each year.
