Joe "Shithead" Keithley is the iconic frontman and founder of Canada's famous punk band D.O.A. Joe has branched off with a new solo sound that will blow you away.
The new sounds you'll hear with Joe Keithley's new solo work combines acoustic, electric and spoken word. Musically, Joe tips his hat to his heroes Woodie Guthrie and Leadbelly, as well as, the Wobblies.
Joe's new CD "Beat Trash" is scalding and satirical; a no holds barred approach. It also includes Joe's spoken word/punk rock bed time story "The Road To Yougoslavia," a humorous look at D.O.A. in Europe in 1984, recorded live.
