Dark rockers Jupiter Crash deliver their odes to darkness, passion, beauty & truth in a powerful fashion reminiscent of early 80’s post-punk and in a style of revolutionary modern Dark.Epic.Rock.
The band recorded their first full-length CD “The Skin Before the Art” at Seattle's legendary London Bridge Studios in late 2006. Produced and engineered by Jonathan Plum.
While lyrically dark on the surface, each track on “The Skin Before the Art” is laced with insight, heartbreak and hope. Steven Parsons delivers his impassioned vocals with a throaty depth that calls to mind the uniqueness of such instantly recognizable vocalists as Ian Astbury,Justin Sullivan and Kory Clarke. Combined with a backdrop of fierce, flawless rhythm with Bill Morgen on bass and T on drums, along with the versatile, high energy guitar talent of Lee Tillman, Jupiter Crash has set a new standard for their genre and created an album that rocks with both dark beauty and depth.
With the release of "The Skin Before the Art", 2008 marks the beginning of a New Era for Jupiter Crash, as they embark on the history of things to come.
Join us for the revolution...this time it's about you!
