Originally inspired by the teachings of Drama Director, Judy Schierliz, while attending Villa Maria Academy in Buffalo, New York, Kathleen’s cast was able to learn to relax prior to each performance, reducing anxiety, thereby increasing creativity. SEASONS OF SERENITY is dedicated to Judy’s memory. This meditation is self-directed, relaxing the body and calming the mind.
