Kristen is a singer/songwriter from Melbourne, Australia and has been playing in bands for over 15 years. He is influenced by such artists as Butch Walker, Rob Lamothe, Crowded House, Matchbox 20 and Del Amitri.
In the early 90's his band played at places such as The Corner Hotel, the infamous Sarah Sands Hotel, the Riverside Inn, the Palace (as part of a 3PBS benefit gig) and The Torquay Football ground (on the same bill as Weddings, Parties, Anything).
In the late 90's Kristen formed an acoustic duo called the '2 Man Acoustical Jam' and played around Melbourne for about 3 years. He received some positive feedback from Festival Publishing and the ex-Manager of Crowded House.
