Ellis Dews and Martin Crosby, are two Cincinnati natives who now reside in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2004, this dynamic duo formed a partnership known as LABRATZ MUZIC. Collectively with over 15 years industry experience, Dews and Crosby have utilized their skills as producers, songwriters, musicians, and engineers to enhance the musical soundscapes of aspiring and established artist alike.
Dews and Crosbys unique ability to combine their influences of R&B, Hip Hop, Gospel, Jazz, and Pop into one cohesive sound is what sets The Labratz apart from the rest.
The Labratz work are featured in regional, national and worldwide programs for MTV and their affilated stations, Nickelodeon, VH1, ifilm , Spike T.V. , Comedy Central and ad campaigns for Famous Footwear, Budweiser, and Pringles to name a few.
The Labratz are no strangers to the video gaming industry, lending their musical and sound design skills to game developers PSI Software Inc., Gametrust and currently working on various game projects with Broken Switch Studios.
