leooel is Leo Méndez, borned in Argentina. He lived through some years in Montevideo-Uruguay, then stablished himself in Alicante-Spain. From 1993 he started creating electronic sounds with rhythm and effects machines.
Always in a pop-rock way.It´s in Alicante where he met Jono, a London musician, with whom it formed:
Leo-Jono. both recorded some songs but soon they separated; since one traveled to Japan and other to South America.
From there he begins to compose new songs and it borns: leooel, a new project, but now in solitary;
always looking for his own sounds.
