| Lima Charlie formed in early 2004 and hit the NYC clubs shortly thereafter, performing at venues such as CBGB, Knitting Factory, Tribeca Rock Club, Rothko, Arlene's Grocery, Lion's Den, and more, while consistenly drawing large crowds. The music is bred from a love of modern artists such as Beck, Sonic Youth, Pavement, Radiohead, Ween, and Bright Eyes, but also extraterrestrials such as Jimi Hendrix and Bob Dylan. The live shows are always energetic and unpredictable. The band has released two albums: "It's So Easy to be Creepy" (2007) and "More Medication, Please" (2005) and is already at work on their third effort. |
