this is what i have been doin 4 about a year
or so:
wake up at 4am
10 press-ups, 10 sit-ups
early morning jog, 6miles
have muesli 4 breakfast and go 2 school
jog around school during interval and
lunch(preferably wit friends)
come home and do homework
cycle 10miles 2 tha gym
workout on weights and treadmills
cycle 10miles home
eat salad, fruit and vegetables 4 dinner
jog 10miles
100press-ups and sit-ups
bed by 8pm, 8:30 at tha latest | jiggyX7 |
