| Marc, mainly a rock guitarist, started off on the Newport music scene at the age of sixteen in diesel-fuelled sleaze-driven impactive heavy rock band Bounceback Jack taking to the stages of Newport and Cardiff and quickly building up a reputation for such outrageously notorious and energetic songs. Bounceback Jack eventually split up approximately six months later after making such a strong impact. A few years later Marc decided to take an active partnership in the running of a run down rehearsal studios and helped the business financially by paying off the company's debts and financing the installment of new equipment transforming the business into a fully fledged recording studio, where Marc built up a good collection of music business contacts. Unfortunately, the business began to suffer due to the vandalization of studio equipment and lack of security on the trading estate. Aswell as being a rock guitarist, Marc also works collaboratively on electronic projects, his last release being Elemental Temperaments, which was released under a Creative Commons Attribution license by collaborative group Sparkster No. 1. Sparkster No. 1 now have their second album well into development and hope to have it released by the end of 2008. Marc's latest activity sees him actively involved in the recording and production process of currently ten albums, which are to be released, contracted and marketed for two year periods. Marc has also been digitally producing and enhancing tracks for artists and bands, his latest example being My Lie by Slicethepie financed band The Critical. |
