| Yeah the Mighty Mighty Bosstones kick ass! They are my favorite ska band along with Buck-o-nine. | LordCyrus |
awesome! i love buck o nine too...
do you like reel big fish or the toasters?... | rancidropkick12cents |
Hey there, nice to see you around again :) I know a little Reel Big Fish and from what I heard I liked. I remember one of my friends had one of their albums (turn the radio off) but I don't really remember it too well. I don't really know of the toasters material, but I've been meaning to look into their music for a little while.
It's nice to see another Buck-o-nine fan. I think they are a great band. I wish they'd put out a new album, but I guess they are just taking it easy in their hometown and doing a show here and there. That's what I found out at least. | LordCyrus |
| the mighty mighty bosstones...complete genius. there's something aboutthem that i just love ^_^lol. i lov ehteir cd " a jackknife to a swan" | Coheed_and_Cambria |

| Alright someone else found the topic!! Yeah MMB rule. I didn't think jacknife was as impressive/ambitious of a effort as Pay Attention, but it's still good. My favorite album is probably Question the Answers or yeah we could even go with Pay Attention. | LordCyrus |
| lovin it lovin it!!! i like em....a bit..not as good as ramcid though!! | skank_dog |
| are these guys really that good? I heard they were good but the name...the name sucks, i don't get it. | blinksum |
| Werent they called The Bosstones then they had to change it? I dont know its probably on the biography I didnt read it... | Official_Nobody |
| Reel Big Fish, No Doubt, The Toasters, Buck-O-Nine, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, THEY ALL ROCK!!!!! ...too bad Mighty Mighty Bosstones singer loses his voice after 2 songs... | Poopafartis |
No Doubt? You have got to be joking!!!?!!! They completely ruined the third wave of ska and then decided they don't want to be a ska band anymore. That's a sign of a good band. *rolls eyes*
MMB ROCK!! | LordCyrus |
I've heard of all of these ska bands before (Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Reel Big Fish and Buck-0-Nine but I've never actually heard their music...mainly because I wasn't aroundduring their best times (I was but I meant I wasn't into music when I was little)...they all seem cool...I think I've only heard Reel Big Fish in 'Baseketball' ...and they seemed good!!! | BillieJoeKing1039 |
YAY FOR SKA!!
I'm back again... havent been on for a long time... but I finally got the Bosstones CD Lets Face It, defenitly their best..
I'm also into Catch 22 sorta now... hmm... i was gonna see Reel Big Fish and Catch 22 play together...but NOO tickets had to be sold out..damnit. | rancidropkick12cents |
These guys are great. I love all of their stuff. And you gotta admire a band that has one guy who just dances around all the time. | therave |
