Monique singer/songwriter/Published International Poet.

Her poetry is in National and international Libraries

Her work can be found in the international library of poets and also in the Library of Congress gov.doc.

Moniques' musical career started in
Classical Music while attending Baton Rouge High School.

After graduation Monique attended Loyola University on scholarships.

She was awarded The National Music Scholarship from the Department of Music and an Academic Scholarship from Loyola University.

Monique has a degree in Mass Communication from LSU.

With the help of Jim Vellutato of Sony/ATV Monique was given the chance to create her first pop CD.

Jim knew Monique was a trained soloist in Classical music and he selected a producer that could give her songs an R&B flavor and this is how she met Ron Harris. It was no easy task but she has made it and there is no stopping her now.

Monique created the radio commercial for Soft and Beautiful Spa of Baton Rouge Louisiana.

We went to the Animal's Fair;T
he birds and the bees were there:
the Old Racoon in the pale of the moon;
Was combing his silver hair.
The monkey he got drunk;
And fell on the elephant's trunk.
