Raised in the deep south "Moshae: a.k.a. "kountrae" is a true artist! He has overcome the pain and strife of these hard streets! "moshae's" first life struggles started when he was diagnoised with type 1 diabetes at the young age of 6, in which he had to take insulin injections to stay alive! With death always on his mind, due to his illness He turned to music! A borrowed guitar was placed in his lap and the delta in his heart!"Moshae" remained with his music but the street still got the best of him! He was in trouble with the law and on probation before he even hit high school. At 15 "moshae" got in trouble again with the law and was arrested and withdrawn from 9th grade! He attened alot of community high school's trying to get his G.E.D(which he did get in juvinle detention)."Moshae's"path wasn't gettin any better! He was kicked out of his mom's house with no meds for his diabetes!Sick and in bad health! "moshae" started sellin drugs and even his own needles for his diabetes! He moved house to house, city to city and even state to state hoping for some way out of his personal hell! "Moshae" only outlet from his pain was his music! So he poured out his passion to earless souls, drug addict's and criminals! "Moshae" knew there was no future with this way of life! So he tryed school, as "moshae's" future was out to take place his Mother died in a tragic car crash!In more pain than ever, he turned to judisim as a way to cope even though his mother was never there because she was a sinle parent!("moshae's dad was a drug pusher/addict: and never really knew him!)Moshae" had enough of this shit, So he moved to Seattle were he had a family member who said they would put him up!He started back into his music and solo produced with no knowledge what so ever his first DEBUT ALBUM "The Profet, The Poet and The Street Souljah"( which is available@ www.cdfreedom.com) in 2002! He know is more positve than ever and his life is on track as we speak! So watch out for the future comings of "MOSHAE" aka "KOUNTRAE"
