Formed in 1988 mudhoney were the chief pioneers of the seattle grunge movement.Singer mark arm,guitarist steve turner bassist Matt Lukin and drummer Dan peters were big influences on fellow punk-rockers nirvana with their hard,grinding and noisy songs with obscure lyrics.Superfuzz bigmuff is considered to be their best work.they are still going strong with 2002's since we've become translucent prolonging the sludgy,distoted guitaring that they're famous for. They never achieved quiet the recognition they deserved.
