Negative mind formed in the summer of 2004, with the original line up of Jeremy Lee, Tom Manchester, Bertie Taylor and Lorenzo De Feo. The band immediately received a loyal local following after the release of their first E.P: "All in your head". The E.P was experimental, yet personally rewarding and helped the band realize their potential style of metal they were looking for.
Aided by their local fan base, Negative Mind played many brutal gigs destroying the local area. Before long, the band returned to the studio to start work on the new E.P: "Beginning Of The End". Using their newly devolved style the band wrote and recorded a plethora of new songs. Soon after the band's bassist, Lorenzo left the band due to increasing differences in styles of music. This however did not hinder the bands confidence, auditions where held and Joe Grace was crowned the new bassist. The band are now touring once more.
