Producing a new sound mix of rock and psychedelia.
Influenced by today’s mix of gay culture and
Alternative lifestyles.
Oestrogenix would really prefer to do away with ‘genre’s’ wishing to only sound like ‘Oestrogenix’! However they do fit a generalised ‘rock’ classification. Coming from England it could also be said that Oestrogenix is a British rock band. And for want of greater detail ‘Psychedelic’ or ‘progressive’ could possibly be added to the description (Although the use of mind altering drugs would be blatantly denied by the band – if you can understand the gibberish that is!)
The Band originally called themselves ‘Oestrogen’, named as such because the 3 original members were female. The ‘ix’ was added as a title for the Website, but the name stuck and the band became
Oestrogenix.
