She is a mixture between Latin/Pop stars Shakira and Selena. This amazing artist has so much going for her: killer vocal chops, a songwriting gift way beyond her tender years, and stunning looks.
She has the voice and style that appeal to both the Latin audience and the current Pop audience. With the revolution of digital media, Olinda has reached unseen and uncharted markets allowing her to grow beyond the traditional method of branding new recording artists. She has received more than 100,000 downloads in just one month, racking up over 4 MILLION total hits.
Additionally, Olinda has opened for Grammy Nominee Victor Manuelle, Vicente Fernandez, Yolanda Del Rio, Banda Machos, Graciela Beltran, Aventura, Xtreme, and Sin Bad, just to name a few.

Olinda is currently co-writing the Intel Corporation Momentum Worldwide song for children with 3 time Grammy winner Jose Luis Morin, who has written for Olga Tanon, Thalia, and Paulina Rubio. She will begin recording with 10-time Grammy winner Krys Sebastian in December 2008.
Olinda has been invited by Prince Ali to participate in the first World Peace for Life concert to be held June 21, 2008 at the LA Convention Center. The event will feature dozens of A list Celebrities such as: Kool and The Gang, Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Aerosmith, Kelly Clarkson, Janet Jackson, just to name a few.
Olinda’s CD “HOTT” is the heaviest release from Illuminated Entertainment Group “HOTT” will hit stores everywhere in the USA and Japan on June 2008. So far this is also the biggest release this year for the distribution company Select-O-Hits, mostly known for multi-platinum recording artists like Jimmy Buffet, Three Six Mafia and most recently country singer Jason Meadows. |
