ummmm....they kinda formed sorta in stockton,
california, and sorta in new york, and for
the first couple years they were together,
they never practiced together, cause they
were split on each coast, and still managed
to be the best band of the 90s. | zelig77 |

Pavement is the most successful indie-rock
band of the 1990's. Their music was able
to survive through grunge, and past it until
they broke up in 1999 to pursue solo
projects. Their music stands on its
own....innovative, catchy and underproduced,
save for their finale Terror Twilight which
was almost overproduced, but was technically
superior to anything else they had previously
done. A great band that too few people give
