My Bio: WHAT IS THE INDIE BIBLE?

The Indie Bible was born out of the frustration I experienced as I attempted to find places to promote my first CD. What I needed was an up-to-date list of radio stations and publications that were willing to accept Independent music, but there were none to be found.

As I wasted HUNDREDS of hours wading through abandoned and outdated websites, it became quite clear that such a resource was needed. So, I gave it a shot.

The First Edition was a photocopied spiral bound book with a plain white cover. Even though its appearance was unimpressive, the feedback was amazing!

Now in its 8th Edition, the Indie Bible continues to grow! It still remains as the only resource totally dedicated to those artists that have recorded a CD or demo.

All 8,500 contacts listed in the 8th Edition are services that can and WILL help Recording Artists gain more exposure for their music. Each listing falls into one of the essential marketing areas for Indie Artists:

* Publications that will REVIEW your CD
* Radio Stations/Shows that will PLAY your songs

* Local Music resources that are willing to help out artists in their area

* Vendors/Labels that will help you to SELL your music
* Websites where you can UPLOAD your MP3 and Video files
