About

My Bio: Ashen Sun is the project and work of N.M.Connelly.
Born and raised in St.Annes on Sea-North U.K.

Raised as a drummer and playing clubs and events as part of percussion trio 'The Stick Men', he has since invested in, piece by piece, his own semi-pro studio and set-up base in the city of Manchester.
Composing and producing all his own work over the past five years, mashing styles of blues,electro,techno,folk, ambient and soul/funk music. Working with various musician and vocalist performances to
develop a very unique and interesting style, a very chilled-out/breakbeat/ melodic and harmonic driven sound.

He is finally preparing to release a series of EP demo's in the very near future, with a large catalogue of music behind him and a developing live act also on the cards.

Keep a close eye on this one, the white man is blue..........
