My Bio: First and foremost, I'm really sorry if you've sent me a friend request at some point over the last few months: I don't tend to add people unless I've seen them around on the forums at least once, and I hate denying people. If I've kept you waiting, message me and I'll add you! I wasn't being unfriendly, I just like to get to know people first.
I'm Chantelle...people keep abbreviating my screen name to "Spotty", which isn't too flattering. And I'm pretty boring. In fact, you'd probably be best reading my likes and dislikes; they're more indicative of me. See, they're just in this little section below...
I Like: I actually like quite a lot, but it all sounds exceedingly dorky when I try to write it down. I love anything retro: hairstyles, clothes, music, furniature, those funky toasters etc. I also have a bit of a yearning for a "hippie" van (one of the VW ones with curtains?). Of course, it would help if I learned to drive first.
I'm a big lover of healthy or exotic food, so seafood, salad and pasta all go down well with me. Tim Burton is quite possibly one of my favourite people, and it's not often I say that about people I haven't met. I prefer skanking to moshing, I always get stood on when participating in the latter. My real passion is literature, mostly poetry and modern fiction, though the classics are rather rad also.
I also have a unhealthy penchant for marshmallows. Ah well, it's a better addiction than heroin, I suppose.
I Dislike: Do you know what? I'm not going to fill this section in right now, because I'm a pretty pessimistic person, and I'm trying to stop being so. Negativity is not good for anyone.
However, I will cite my two biggest annoyances, those being George W Bush and political conservatism in general. I think it's scary to examine the most powerful people in today's world.
Craziest thing I've ever done: I'm quite possibly the least "wacky" person you will ever meet. Actually, I slapped my best male friend once. Though it was ages ago, I'm still terribly ashamed...violence is not my scene!
My Quote: I don't have a personal quote, but Jade Puget's sayings tend to make me smile. "An exclamation mark makes everything I say more exciting!" is a good example of this.
