| The RAW Boyz Bio: They are ready to do what it takes to get their music heard and they are willing to persevere through the obstacles that come their way. The Ready And Willing Boyz, brothers Michael “EmJay” Jordan 20, Mario “Young Deep” Jordan 19, and Javier “Yung Javi” Cox 18, have been making raw, hip-hop music together since the start of the new millineuem. One of their obstacles has been getting their music heard because of the stigma that comes along with Kansas. Growing up in the capitol city of Kansas they feel it is past time to show the world that Kansas is not just about Dorothy, red slippers and a dog named Toto. “We want to let people know how we do it in Topeka,” Emjay said. “We most definitely rep where we from but it is not all about where you from but where you trying to go.” The brother trio have written, produced and performed their own original music and showcased their skills in their debut album "Legalized Hustle." Every song on the album gives listeners a raw uncut piece of their Midwest lifestyle that they will be able to relate to within their own lives. The concepts throughout the album portray everyday life struggles, feel-good club bangers and grown-and-sexy songs for the ladies. The brothers have an unmatchable chemistry. They each bring their own style to the group creating a new definition to rawness to the hip-hop scene. Mario “Yung Deep” is raw and explicit, bringing energy to the group. Micheal “Emjay” is real with is lyrics leaving no room for a fake phrase in his flow, bringing realness to the group by the lyrics. Javier “Yung Javi” provides raw dope beats, bringing quality music that listeners can vibe and dance to. The RAW boys have opened up for some of today’s most popular rappers such as Lil' Wayne, Dem Franchize Boyz and Lil' Webbie. The goal they wake up in the morning hustling for is pursing a national recording contract, which they have put in years preparing for.
