Rating: With their second album, Life Is Peachy, Korn have enhanced their metallic influences, delving deeper into murky sonic textures and grinding, menacing rhythms straight out of underground black metal. Korn add enough elements of alternative rock song structure to make the music accessible to the masses, and their songwriting has continued to improve. Nevertheless, the band's main strength is their raging, visceral sound, which is far more memorable and effective than their songs. The riffs might not always catch hold, but the primal guitars and vocals always hit home. Review Written by: Bgrotha
Rating: Korn blends a awesome amount of metal and melody into one package! Jon's lyrics on this album are great as always and head, munky, fieldy and david also out done themselves."we were on the road for 3 years and all the shit we held back that time just flew out"says brian. I agree as always. Korn's efforts worked off as it hit the charts at numbe 3 on charts! Review Written by: cart_boy
Rating: this album i think is by far the best that Korn has ever released it really told a story of the band and in what direction they were headed(staright to the top)with songs like Good God,A.D.I.D.A.S.,Chi,and Twist i mean this was such a great album,i just wish that KoRn could've kept up on their roots like they did on this album, this was defintely their peak album and then it was all downhill from there but i do still love them to death, and another thing this cd helped me cope with alot of heartache and such and so thats why i love this album Review Written by: diablorain
Rating: This album is a step above from their first album. From the start of the disc with "twist" the cd is a fast hard hitting album. This cd has some great songs like A.D.I.D.A.S. Even though there seems to be no real meaning to a lot of the songs, well any important meaning, Its still a great cd with many hits. Review Written by: embalmed_vampyre
Rating: This Korn CD is the 4th out of 6 Korn CDs that i have pruchased. This is a great album, but not as good as thier first one. This CD still has alot of emotion, mostly anger, and another topic, though not a main topic, of this album is sex. So here are the songs.
1. Twist: not really a song if you think about it. Less than a minute long, there are really no lyrics, just gibberish. But that is what makes this song good. 8/10
2. Chi: Starts immediately after twist, almost sounding like twist and chi are one song, but they are not. Good song. 8/10
3. Lost: Better than twist and chi. 9/10
4. Swallow: Better than lost. 9/10
5. Porno Creep: Korn's only instrumental. No clicky base in this song, kinda jazzy, with some interesting guitar. 9/10
6. Good God: People say this is the best song on this CD. I would like to disagree. It is good but it just isn't one of my favorites. 9/10
7. Mr. Rogers: One of my favorites on this CD. Great song about Mr. Rogers, though I don't exactly know what JD says about him. 10/10
8. K@#$%!: I really don't like this song. My very least favorite Korn song of all time. I will never give another Korn song this low a rating. Some reviews down, someone says that this song has funny lyrics. Don't listen to him, the lyrics are nothing but funny. All the lyrics really are are sex words like... well I can't say them. 1/10
9. No Place to Hide: Great song, nice intro. 10/10
10. Wicked: The only rap song on this album. Even though I hate rap, I just can't stand the stuff, it's terrible... strangely enough i like this song. It is a very good song, even though it is rap. 10/10
11. A.D.I.D.A.S.: Very very good song. I like the guitar, about thinking about sex all day and night. Good song. 10/10
12. Lowrider: Korn's half ass atempt at playing and old ZZ top song, lowrider (good song) but Korn cuts the song down from about 4 minutes to 53 seconds. Nice touch with the bagpipes by JD though. Other than that, this song is not worth listening to. 3/10
13. Ass Itch: alright song. Not much else to say. 8/10
14. Kill You: Very good song, about killing (obviously). JD almost cries in the end. Then it goes into twist without music, just very quiet drums, making this song about 8.5 minutes. 10/10.
Lets see, 114/140, 81%. Well, their first album got a 95%. So this is not the best Korn CD. But, each Korn CD (in my opinion) deserves 5 stars because there is always something a little different that makes it unique and deserving of a 5 star rating. Even though some of the songs are not as good. Still recomended for Korn fans.

Rating: Let me start off and say I am the biggest Korn fan on the face of the planet and anyone who challenges will have to take one look at my room and cd collection until they're satisfied. Anyway, I love this album and I think it is their second best album they have brought to us BUT there is one song on this album that is the ONLY Korn song I skip on any of their cds and that song is K@#!%! (or Kunt) and I believe this song is one of the huge reasons Korn has a bad name, it is stupidly vulgar and doesn't even get JD's whole song meaning across, I think he would have done much better if he would of wrote those lyrics differently. Anyway, here is what I think of all the songs.
Twist: I LOVE this song, it just starts off the craziness of this album. 10/10
Chi: Great song, It really appealed to me after I heard it live. 10/10
Lost: Good song, I like the melody but it just doesn't appeal to me too much. 9/10
SWALLOW: I like this song but it just seems to fade towards the end. 8/10
Porno Creep: One of Korn's instrumentals, gotta love it. 10/10
Good God: My 2nd favorite song on the album. It's hard, fast, and scary. 10/10
Mr. Rodgers: Great Song, I hate Mr. Rodgers for this exact reason. 10/10
K@#!%: Umm, yeah 0/10
No Place To Hide: I like it, this song appeals and stands out. 10/10
Wicked: I love the deftones and I love this song. 10/10
A.D.I.D.A.S.: LOL, this song reminds me of me, funny but don't play too loud while parents are around ;) 10/10
Lowrider: Head rules, he needs to do more backup. 10/10
Ass Itch: Great Song, it leads into Kill You. 10/10
Kill You: Favorite Song on the album, I love it. 15/10
HIDDEN: Twist, No Instrument Style: Great, JD has an awesome voice and is a great singer. Review Written by: KornKamp02
Rating: This is my favorite Korn album. It seems very underrated, and many dislike the CD, but i thought it was a great follow up to "Korn." WHat i love about this CD is just how much more the lyricist, Jon Davis, tells us about his life and his feelings. Singing rages towards his stepmother, I thought, was wonderful, and I loved the song Mr Rogers. It is a short Album, but very good. ADISAS cracks me up, and i love twist. There are very powerful lyrics, which is usually what draw me to a band. Review Written by: noanaochan
Rating: Although I like this album, I really dont like the 'old Korn' as much as most people. I am just not the most attracted to the hip hop beats and rapping in this album. I riffs get really annoying towards the end of the song, and some seem to fall apart more. If you are new to Korn, go for an album like Issues or Follow the Leader. Life is Peachy is simply not Korn at their best. Review Written by: SOADfreak
Rating: Sorry, but this is my least favorite Korn album. It's not bad, just too slow for my liking. Oh well, at least the singles are good, and it's a work to be compared to other things Korn has done, better things, for that matter. Review Written by: St_Michael
