I don't know what to do next Mr Almighty!
With THE ECONOMY being in the lovely shape it is now days I have found my self saying the above statement several
times a day week or some times hourly.

time to post this again please read!!!
The Pursuit of Happiness
1.Forget about finding happiness. Happiness is not worth your search.
2.
Bake a cake - a really rich cake, preferably from scratch and especially if you are an inexperienced baker or a tested, tried, & notoriously awful cook. The value is in the baking more than in the cake.
3.
Call up some enemy of yours and invite that enemy to eat the cake with you. If the cake is good you may lose an enemy and gain a friend. If the cake is bad, at least vengeance is sweet.
4.
If you can't think of a single enemy, then call up a friend. Invite your friend over to eat the cake with you. If the cake is good the favor may be returnedIf the cake is awful your friend may go buy one from a bakery for you. If you are without any enemies or friends, take your cake to an old folks' home. Eat it with them! If the cake is good you will no longer be without friends. If the cake is terrible you will no longer be without enemies.
Finding a friend, making an enemy - now those are things worth pursuing. Happiness may come tagged on - but even if it doesn't, at least you will have done something and established some relationships.
5.
Memorize Isaiah 40 or the first Psalm or Psalm 91. Read the closing chapters of the Book of Job. Meditate on the Beatitudes (Matthew 5). Write out one of the Prison Epistles (Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Collosians) and send them to some other unhappy person.
All of this may not make you happy but it will tell you how to be holy. Once you tie that knot you may find yourself in a position to be made happy.
6.
Work hard. Clean something. Find new and more space-efficient ways of folding your clothes. Rake someone else's yard for them. If you are unhappy maybe you can help someone else be less so.
7.
Go back to the third chapter of Lamentations and then repeat after me:
"It is good to wait quietly
for the salvation of the Lord.
It is good for a man to bear
The yoke while he is young.
Let him sit alone in silence
For the Lord has laid it on him."
8.
Reread the 23rd Psalm and remember that if the Lord is your shepherd, then you are in a lush pasture. You are by a still stream. If it seems otherwise to you, it may be because you would rather be happy than be God's. If this is so, then you have more reason to be happy than anyone. God has chosen you - ungrateful, decadent you - and being His is a joy and a happiness that goes beyond anything else you may seek, and in your folly settle for. God will (in His mercy) make you discontent with anything less than Him.
So we have only one step left...

the focus here I am tring to point out is not one of Negitivity it is just the oposit. I could reflect on lack of .....money health love freindship ect ect ect who has died ect ect ect how hot it has been ect ect ect... what dreadful and bad things that happened to so and so...ect ect ect....
But I won't...... The fact is I am still Here today....If One thinks they are a child of The Creator .....YOU KNOW THE CREATOR>>>> Not a sub god or man made thing to be worshiped... If One Is A Child of THE Creator ....Some call God Some call other names depends on what country you grew up in.....I always told my daughter I paid attention to the Creators Last name...... Mr ALMIGHTY!!!! If One is a Child of Mr ALMIGHTY and His son Was his only begotten son...Is A King Then Perhaps Nothing Can go wrong for me realllllly
MR Almighty is My Father and My Fathers Son is a King Then How CAN I GO WRONG????? I Am OK I Am Loved and not forgotten......

Just when I feel alone ....A Blessing!
Sometimes we all just feel like we are alone....I used to talk to my Dad but he died a few years back...Any one that really knows me pretty much knows I was rasied by my father...And he pretty much took center stage in my Life....However I do have a couple of Family members that treat me Extemely Well and show so much unconditional Love that it is hard to belive... I want to share this letter from my Aunt Via my Sister/Cousin Diane...I sent some music I just recorded to her..this is what I got back.......................I'm so glad to hear you. We pray every night for you and that God will bless you. I wish you lived closer so I could see you more. I have the difficulty in walking, hard of hearing and blind in one eye and hard to see out of the other. I keep on keeping on. But I know God has big plans for you. Since the time you were born, I knew God had special plans for you. He gave you a voice that is wonderful. I feel so blessed every time I hear you sing. Sometimes I put on your CD while I'm working and sing with you. Reminds me when you were little and I taught you to sing when you are happy, sing when you are blue, sing when you are lonely. God always hears you. Just like the little sparrow, just throw that head back and let what's in your heart come forth. It's time you fall in love with you. . .you. . .you. . .Do you hear me? When you fall in love with you, you will see your life turn around. Diane helped me understand that commandment, to love others as yourself. That means you have to love yourself first. Sometimes we get so busy trying to help and love others that we forget to love ourselves. In learning to love our self, we learn to love others in a new way. Since your Dad and Lee died, I guess, I'm the only one left. So if you want to call me Momma Jo, that's ok with me. Or you can call me Aunt Jo. It doesn't matter. I love you just the same as my other kids. I wanted to raise you but your Daddy needed you. I can always be your Momma until it's time for me to go. Diane always wanted a sister and you were the closest we ever got. Always remember that I love and God loves you. When all others have forsaken you, we never will. Love always, Momma Jo or Aunt Jo and Papa Sam.

We may be small in numbers But that is OK! Although there has been one set back after annother with the makeing of this Cd and the band Staff. Ther rest of us Do not plan on letting it stop us!!It is not uncommon to have oposition when you are doing something Right!
When the smoke clears I think I have figured out who will still be standing there. We are closer than you think
so My guys Do not even loose faith. I Do not Doubt that all will work as planned.It has been a learning experience for me too. I had freinds I thought were going to be there... NOT. I have had musicians that were suspose to be IN then turned out NOT.
Yet if anyone cares to look I have Just Kept on working toward this goal Anyways, It Just lets me know Exactly Who I can belive in.(Really we don't need to waiste time on Phonys) And Who I will be there for,We may be small in Number but
We still have exactly what we need, And With this much true talent....We carry a huge PUNCH...So really with the emails of late that have shown the interest in what we are doing....Where it really matters ...Who can argue with that,,,So Keep your Heads focused...Stay Strong and Confident,,,We are The Ride.........I Love you guys,,,RJ

Oceans of tears......
March 22 I managed to get out the words Oceans of Tears and did not go any further with my thoughts It is not that I had none It was just I could not say anymore. My Dear Dear freind and ex Husband Bob Willoughby passed away after a 14 year fight with Cancer.Well
some of you might think you were divorced whats the big deal..I fought that Cancer with him for several years
and yes it did cause him allot of anguish. To the point that he decided to divorce me so I did not have to go through anymore. I did not agree with this. You do not throw the baby out with the bath water. But the fact is I was not ask if I even wanted a divorce. I did not!!!! I did not even know about it untill it was too late. It broke my Heart...And changed me forever
Nevertheless time goes on and I moved on,Yet I could not ever stop worrying about his life and health. So I have always called periodically to see how he was. You know I even went to Salida Colorado and visited him sence then. We have been freinds so long... I do not know how to even begin to live with out that freindship.When I talked to him two weeks before he died he was in the hostpital and I was haveing a really hard time excepting this dreadful news. A diffrent type of Cancer and it was too late..... He told me You have to keep singing. You have to keep fighting. I cried and said who will I talk to when your gone???? I never knew that I was so dependent on him still emotionally. Guess thats what freinds are all about...He Just repeated YOU Have To Keep Singing...I said What will I do if I can not call and bug you sometimes?? He said call me untill I am gone it helps . And just Love me the rest of my life...Hey Willoughby I will Love you the rest of mine,,I miss calling and bugging you. Sometimes Life ain't fair......And it HURTS............Rj

Tring to remember
I am just writing what I thinking this morning . Tring to remember what my Dad used to tell me when I had great moments of insecurity and Self Doubt.
Which makes me go through this mental check list of what is makeing me feel this way. Usually some unkindness or rude behavior toward me by someone else.
But I always do the same thing with out fail." I Think ,What did I do To cause this? Maybe Nothing..Sometimes
our friends have their own messes to deal with. We all have friends that shut us out, or perhaps have jellious traits toward us. Maybe it is just that they think what they see is strengh when it is merely confidence. Perhaps it is merely HOPE. Then again maybe Those particular people are not freinds at all.Maybe they are just like bumps and rocks in the road that you travel down on a dark night thinking you know your way because you have traveled it so many times before only to find You can get brused and banged up and skinned knees by walking in your own back yard, Ouch!!
Now I remember what Dad said "Cheer up

What does it take to be a Butterfly?
Through the years I have often wondered why things turn out as they
do I find so many people as the ones that might read this are beautiful people that seem to have so much more confidence and talent that I have any reason to ask for. I am not famous. I am not rich. I am not what you would call beautiful.Yet, through my entire life I suffer so everytime I have ever
considered walking away from music. I am happiest when I stay here amoung you that I admire so much.
My daughter and I were talking recently about life ,how much I miss my parents, how much I hope for her,and in general what drives me to
this subject of music.
Sometimes we just don't understand it our selves...do we?
She said to me Mother when I think of you, I think of a butterfly.
Butterfly?....I looked confused I am sure.
She continued, caterpillars are very small and vunerable.They can not run
they do not get away from predators very fast. They are very grounded and it takes allot of work to get them big
enough to cocoon. The cocooning stage is even more hard work. Now here you have a lowly caterpillar working so hard just to put itself into a confining cocoon where its still only so safe.I don't to forget to metion very isolated.During the cocooning everything recognizable about the caterpillar changes that takes allot of work also.Yet when the caterpillar
emerges it is no longer the same. It took allot of work to get those wings strong enough to fly.
...Now Mother, Everyone Loves to watch a butterfly.Butterflys are beautiful.Yet butterflys are still vuerable and,they still have no other defence but to fly away. On occation though,A butterfly may not be intimidated by you and land right on your hand. Trusting and learning to change and fly are things that I see about you Mother. How much work did it take to make you a butterfly?
This did indeed make me think. Just how much work did it take ?...I thank God for my talent and I thank God for those that have been kind enough to help me and not broken my wings . I appreciate those who have realized how
fragile we all can be sometimes.
