| Rick McLaughlin got his music roots in Winnipeg Manitoba where he grew up with bands like the Guess Who. Rick started playing guitar at the age of 7 and although he can play numerous instruments, his first love is the guitar. Rick has always enjoyed writing music and lyric's and has had several modest selling hits. Among the many artists that he has played with, John Rolls (formally of the band Chilliwack) is one of his favourite musicians and is currently producing Rick’s music today. Although Rick is not playing much in the public’s eye anymore, he continues to write and sell his music to a variety of bands, some of which are very successful. Watch for more of his music coming out in 2008. You may be very surprised to hear which group is playing his songs! |
