As a Producer, Mix Engineer, Songwriter... RK has played a major role in the creation of nominations and winners at the Grammy's, Juno's, Genie's, Gemini's, JPF's, Unity Awards and was recognized by the AES (Audio Engineering Society) for his work in 5.1 Surround Sound. By invitation, RK has juried industry Producer/Songwriter Panels, Engineering Panels and the New York VIP Jury for the celebrated and world renowned Painter/Artist Mark Kostabi with his TV Show, "Title This."
RK hails from Hamilton, ON and is based out of New York. RK is of a rare breed, as quoted; is in the vein of such celebrated individuals as Peter Gabriel, Daniel Lanois, David Bowie, Robert Mutt Lange, Bono, Bonnie Raitt, Tears For Fears and Trevor Horn.
RK has shared the live stage as a singer/songwriter and performer with Joey Eppard, 3, The Pete Levin Trio, The Joan Osborne band, and was honored to open for the Grammy winning and Legendary Levon Helm.
