| Side-By-Side is a band of very talented musicians popular with seasoned citizens because they perform standards from the 1920's through the 1950's. The Downriver group provides upbeat entertainment and encourages their audience to join in by clapping hands and singing along. Banjo Bill Jackson is MC, vocalist and rhythm banjo player. Champion banjo player Al Allotta plays lead 4-string banjo and talented Jay Frandsen is the bass player and vocalist. Versatile Dick Johnson adds variety to the group with his guitar playing and vocals. |
