Sid Wilson is #0 and he is in charge of the background noises and stuff. His first mask is a plain old gas mask. His 2nd mask is supposed to be a “gas mask”, but it looks like a monkey or some’ing like that. Although his new mask is awesome, it is a skull with long hair. It’s amazing. He runs the turntables in the band. Yea.
Joey Jordison is #1 and he is the drummer. He was born on April 16, 1977. He got his first drum set in fifth grade. He was the one that invented the Slipknot S logo. All hail this guy. He was originally the guitarist for a band called “Murderdolls”, which was a hit. Also he was in a band named “Anal Blast”. He refers to his fans as maggots. His first mask was a white face that looks like it has been sewed or at least it looks like that. If not, then its just black painting that has flown down the mask. His 2nd one is the same white mask but with blood steins flowing down. His hair is red with black tips in his first two masks. His new one is the coolest. It’s a white mask with goth make-up and his hair is black. It looks frikin’ awesome. This guy is one of the fastest drummers ever. Although he gets help from Chris and Shawn.
Paul Gray is #2 and he plays the bass. His first one is the cheapest one ever! It’s a FRIKIN boar!!! How can you like a FRIKIN BOAR!!!!!????? Well, his 2nd one was a bit cooler. A bit. It looks like a bucket with eyes. It’s stupid. Now… his last one is cooler. It’s that same bucket but it has a mouth, which is sewed. And it has a lighting symbol in his forehead. He plays the bass awesomely.
Chris Fehn is #3 and he is one of their custom percussionists. He was born on February 24, 1974. He is the comedian of the group. The Pinocchio mask explains it all. He was in the band “Shed” before he was entered Slipknot. He does most of the backup vocals. His mask is always the same. It’s a Pinocchio mask because it has a long nose. It looks stupid but cool at the same time. You gotta admire this guy. He sings great and plays the cans cool. His new mask is the same but in red with the borders in black.
Jim Root is #4 and he is one of their guitarists. He was born on October 2, 1971. He used to be a very shy guy until he joined Slipknot. He was in the band “Stone Sour”, along with the bands “Dead Front” and “Atomic Opera”. Most people refer to him as James. Its cooler that way. This guy’s mask is cool. It looks like a leprechaun with a pointy chin with a zipper mouth. His new mask looks like Mike Myers from “Halloween” but with scars vertically. He plays the guitar amazingly.
Craig Jones is #5 and he does their samples and media stuff, in shorter words, the DJ. He was born in 1972 and his nickname is “133 MHz”. He was originally their guitarist, but later switched to samples and media. His first mask is a motorbike helmet with spikes. His 2nd mask is a head with spikes. His new mask is his coolest. The same 2nd but his spikes are huge. This guy is an amazing DJ.
Shawn Crahan is #6 and he is another custom percussionist. He was born on September 24, 1969. He is the cofounder of Slipknot. He is also an Executive producer for both “Mudvayne” and “40 Below Summer”. He was the one that originally thought of using masks to make them original. He is the oldest member of the group and he does some backup vocals. His first mask is ugly. It’s a plain old happy clown mask. His 2nd one is a clown mask but with the satanic star in the middle and a spike on top of each eyebrow. His new one is a clown mask but with a huge pimple in his right side. Also his mask is sewed in lower right side. I like his second one best.
Mick Thomson is #7 and he is the other guitarist. He was born on November 3, 1973. He is fascinated by serial killers and he is shorter than most of the band. His first mask is cool. It’s a metal mask with many buttons. He has long black hair. His new one is the coolest ever!!! It’s a metal mask but with holes and has a face expression of anger. YEA!!! He is the coolest in guitar.
Corey Taylor is #8 and he is their vocals. He writes the songs for the band. He was born on December 8, 1973. His nickname is \"Faith\" and he used to work in a porn shop. Lucky guy. His porn shop was where he was asked to join Slipknot. Also he was the lead singer on the band “Stone Sour”. He has at least one baby. His baby’s name is Griffin Parker Taylor who is nicknamed \"Itty Bitty Mouth\". His first mask is like a gray human head with huge eyes and mouth. His mask hair is green dreadlocks with rubber bands wrapped around them. His newest is cooler. It’s the same mask but with many wrinkles and his upper right side and mouth is sewed. His hair is not dreadlocks type. It’s his natural curly hair. This guy is amazing at the vocals. He has an excellent voice. All hail him. NOW.
One day Shawn Crahan and Anders Colsefini, who would later do Slipknot\'s vocals for a short time, were good friends and were just hanging out when they got the brilliant idea of creating a band. Crahan called Paul Gray first off, who called Joey Jordison from Paul\'s previous group “Anal Blast”. Then they called in Donnie Steele from the band Cody\'s Pit and Josh Brainard from “Modifidious”. What could’ve happened to them? Did they die? Nah. Just kidding, mon.
Corey Taylor is known as the crazy guy on stage but in actuality, he is a calm sensible guy. The really wild one is Shawn Crahan. He loves to get into fights and be wild on stage. Mick Thomson was a guitar teacher before he joined Slipknot. Craig Jones wrote the first song to their second album in under an hour. Pretty fast, eh? Chris Fehn is the one on their second album that threw up on the Ghost track. Nice! Joey Jordison is the shortest member of Slipknot. Cool.
