If you like luscious Ambient, Electronica, or Groove Soundscapes this music has a sense of mystery, sometimes even darkness, but the type of music that will let your mind drift to far away places, Perfect for relaxing, driving or as some will say having sex. “Spirits In Ambience” is a continuing Project coming out every few years with a new CD. Using the basic core of musicians “Spirits” explores the vast musical landscapes that effect the innermost recesses of our minds. SPIRITS IN AMBIENCE embraces the sounds of global cultures and fuse's them with hypnotic grooves into unique instrumental combinations. Alongside Mark are additional featured musicians. They are: J'Anna Jacoby; violin and viola (known for her work with Rod Stewart and many others) Michael Tovar; lead guitar (known for his work with Jack Bruce, Bobby Kimble and Chaka Khan,) Each artist contributes a unique interpretation into a musical landscape, of which the result is SPIRITS OF AMBIENCE. |
