Team Tuck is a national, independent group out of Akron, Oh. They have music cds out nationwide via napster, itunes, rhapsody, amazon and more!! They strive to be the next hip hop stars and the fans help them get there. They need your help also.
Team Tuck originated in August of 2004. Since then, they have recorded over 200 songs up to date. X-tro, 24, and Jay Tuck, 19, are both focused and on track to becoming future hip hop stars.
Dwayne Tucker, aka X-tro, has been involved with music since 2000. As a youth, he has always had a drive to be involved with music. At age 17, he began playing music as a local dj for school events, weddings, company parties, etc. He also began working at a local college radio station WZIP. There, he experienced being an on air personality and learned to work in a professional environment.
Jermaine Tucker, aka Jay Tuck, has been involved with music since 2004. As brothers, he and X-tro formed Team Tuck and recorded their first cd Team Tuck vol 1 – Different Directions. Since, the response increased for their music and they continue to record and release music. Currently they have four discs in circulation in northeast Ohio and the anticipation for more music heightens.
Scheduled, they have four more discs ready for release before the end of the 2005-year. Team Tuck also has radio airplay on 88.1 WZIP-fm with their single “Summer Jam� and has been featured on 107.9 WENZ as a local spotlight. They also have numerous internet radio stations that support their music. They have done work with DJ Joey Fingaz, DJ E-V and currently working with DJ G-spot. With the combination of all these factors, Team Tuck is destined to continue to make music and to continue to be a popular choice among all music listeners.
