Throw The Fight is an aggressively driven, five-piece rock band hailing from Minneapolis, MN. Always trying to define their identity in the "it's already been done" world of music, the members of Throw The Fight are holding their heads high and are forging a name for themselves all across the country.
By touring and playing countless shows, TTF have managed to connect to audiences on a personal level and build a solid fan base throughout the U.S. - all the while selling over 5,000 copies of their first self-recorded e.p.
They were selected in 2003 and 2005 to play the Vans Warped Tour. TTF were also semi-finalists in the 2004 Zippo Hot Tour. Their strong work ethic has led them to share stages with The Matches, A Change of Pace, Melee, Limbeck, Break The Silence, A Wilhelm Scream, Bleed The Sky, A Static Lullaby, Quietdrive, 3 Inches of Blood, Under the Influence of Giants, My American Heart, Lostprophets, Bowling For Soup, Jordis Unga of Rockstar: INXS, and The F-Ups.
The group was voted as one of the top ten unsigned bands to keep an eye on in 2006 by Alternative Press magazine. In July, the band charted as the #1 unsigned band on Purevolume.com.
Their newest E.P, 'The Fire Within', produced by World Record Productions (Quietdrive, Lucky Boys Confusion, Soul Asylum, etc), was released at the end of June. Since then, the band has signed with Warner Music Group's - Cordless Recordings.
