On April, 9, 1979, Antonio Turner, made his debut into the world where
he was destined to become Tony Mack – a well known lyricist that
holds no punches when it comes to being real about who he is and
what he has to say to his audience. A born native of Atlanta, GA, Tony Mack has always carried his city strong on his back. From Etheridge Courts to south of Clayton County, Tony Mack has experienced life’s situations that only few can gain value from. From the birth of his daughter to the death of his grandfather, a few years back, Tony Mack gained a new perspective of the value of life. Even though he currently works full-time and is a full-time father, Tony Mack still makes the sacrifices and efforts to put 1000% into his God given talents. Tony Mack knows that music is a world wide language, which is why he is so
passionate about what he does.
Tony Mack doesn’t expect anything to be handed down to him – he grinds every chance he gets. Although he stand 5’ 7”, compared to some artists he stands 100 feet tall. Tony Mack’s powerful delivery of his lyrics is evidence of his motto, “I’m a Mack…I know Da Game.” We know the main meaning of Tony Mack’s name. But a Mack can be known as a raincoat made of a rubbery substance – nothing can
penetrate or can even come close to disorienting the form of what’s being protected by the raincoat. Tony Mack’s “Make It Do”, “We Ready” and “So Fly” exhibits how untouchable he is in the today’s Hip-Hop game. With the release of his anticipated album due Fall 2007, Tony Mack will be touring from state to state promoting the album. Regardless if one is African-American, Chinese or Mexican, Tony Mack will always produce quality music that everyone can relate to. |
