Tony Rich got his start in the music business as a staff writer at LaFace Records, where he authored hits for artists like Boyz II Men, Johnny Gill, TLC and Toni Braxton. Under the Tony Rich Project, his first album entitled Words was released in 1995. This multi-talented individual wrote, produced and performed every track on the LP himself. Immediately following the success of Grammy-nominated hits \"Nobody Knows\" and \"Like A Woman\", he released his second album entitled, Birdseye in 1998.
