Why do you guys think they named their band
Transplants? I think it's a weird name...

I think they named the band Transplants
because they're weird. A weird name for a

Let's see here...my dictionary gives 3
definitions for the word Transplant A) to
lift and reset in another sil or place b) to
remove from one place and settle or introduce
it elsewhere c) to transfer from one part of
an individual to another....So if we look at
the band, Tim has taken his punk rock
background, and "moved or settled it
elsewhere" ie in hip hop. He has
combined genres, not too mention band
members..in a sense, he has trasnplanted punk
with hip hop...best reason I can come up with
for the name, however that did seem pretty
self-explanatory to me
