I was reading this magazine and it said in
the late 80s when Twisted sister was on tour
that Dee wanted male groupies and he was
alwas was hitting on the other member
according to the drummer of Twisted sister

i think they are pretty cool i'm not a

poison does suck... they prooved it when the
guitarist made the crappiest solo in music
history trying to copy van halens eruption.
Twisted Sister and Poison are crappy hair
metal bands that dont deserve fans. Twisted
Sister have like 12 albums or what ever but
can only manage to get 2 hits out of all 12
of them. So yes Twisted Sister and Poison

The Spice Girls accomplished more in about 4
years then Twisted Sister and Poison have

Who cares how much they accomplished. Yeah,
the Spice Girls were succesful, but their
music still sucked.
And in case you dind't know, Poison was
one of the biggest bands back in the 80's,
so I don't know how you can say the spice
girls accomplished more than Poison.
In conclusion, hardrocker, you lose at

spice girls and all of them..including the
spice girls are better then Twisted Sister
and Poison. Groups like Nirvana,Alice in

settle down :)...First off Guns N Roses arent
hair metal. People only call them hair metal
because they came out in 87 when every band
was considerd Hair Metal. Any music fan would
know that Guns N Roses arent hair metal just
Hard rock. Use Your Illusions 1 and 2 are the
exact opposit of hair metal.
Secondly I come to this forum to make fun of
crappy bands like Twsited Sister and
Poison..Its fun seeing peoples reactions
after i say stuff like this. Everything I
said though is true...Hair Metal is crap
compared to the bands I mentioned above. Not
even all the names you called me can change

ok first of all guns n' roses was not
formed in 87 they were formed in 85 and they
are hair metal if you look at some of their
early pics you can see that they are hair
metal straight out i have no idea what they
are right now but back in the days when they
used to kickass they were hair metal or glam
rock whatever its like the same shit
and secand you can't be serious when you
say that alice in chains,sonic youth,and
soundgarden are better than:
POISON, CINDERELLA, HANOI ROCKS, MOTLEY CRUE,
WARRANT, FASTER PUSSYCAT, PRETTY BOY FLOYD,
GUNS N' ROSES AND ALL OF THOSE KICKASS

Appetite For Destruction is Guns N Roses
closest album to hair metal... but pretty
much the only hair metal type song on the
album is Sweet Child O Mine. But Use Your
Illusions..isnt close to hair metal..and you
have to count that album too cause its part
of Guns N Roses History. Guns N roses even
said there self that they are not a hair
metal band they are a hard rock band. So Guns
N Roses even said it themselves. Anyways...I
dont see how you can even compare Bands like
Poison and Pretty Boy Floyd and all the rest
of the shitty bands you named to bands Like
Nirvana Alice in Chains pearl jam and
soundgarden... If you listend to Aneruysm by
Nirvana, Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden,Alive
By Pearl Jam and Rooster by Alice in Chains
you would realise that Hair Metal is crap.
90s Grunge is what killed Hair Metal. and I
bet after you listen to each song a few times
you will realise that each of those songs are
better then anything any hair metal band

I see how you could say that Soundgarden and
AIC are better than hair metal, because they
are pretty great bands. But...Nirvana, one
of, or actually, the most overrated band
ever. They just sucked so much. Anything made
by a Hair/80's metal band was better than
Nirvana.
