Entwistle bass God.
A lot has been said about pete townsend and
keith moon being masters of their
instruments,but i havent heard to many
mention john entwistle[r.i.p]he was truly a
genius on bass guitar. come on who fans
wouldnt you agree?

Yeah he was good at bass... infact he played
with no expression on his face..he made it
look effortless..only when you see his
fingers on the bass you can see how fast hes
moving...Love his work on 'I can see for
miles'

You know man, we have the same taste in music
yet we live so far apart shows how small the
world is becoming. Entwistle to me is the
best bassist ever, he influenced so many bass
players. Read a recent interview with Steve
Harris who named him as one of the biggest
influences on his career Iron Maiden even did
a cover version of MY GENERATION as a b-side

DISC TWO MY GENERATION,from what i can
remember its Paul Di'anno singing but its
pretty cool and Harris thumping away on the
bass, its only like a thirty second sample
but you will get the general idea of what its
