Ah yes, the big question! Let's just say it's a spicy blend of WorldBeat, Rock, Funk, Trance, flavoured with elements of Middle Eastern, Jazz, Reggae, Celtic, with extra helpings of Electronica/Ambient thrown in for good measure - hey, maybe we should open a restaurant, food and music are always a great combo!
